Corn and Mushroom Soup

A healthy way to start dinner is to start it with soup. It increases your appetite. It is also a good evening snack for your kids.

Difficulty level – medium

Preparation time – 10 mins

Cooking time – 20 mins

Ingredients –

2 cup – vegetable stalk

1 tbs – corn flour

1 cup – water

½ cup – button mushroom finely chopped

½ ts – salt

1/8 ts – black pepper powder

Few drops – acetic acid

Method –

Step – 1

Heat the vegetable stalk on the flame. Add finely chopped button mushroom and sweet corn to it. Let it boil.

Step – 2

Dissolve 1 tbs of corn flour in 1 cup of water. Pour it in the mix.

Step – 3

Let it boil for 10 mins. Switch off the burner add 2 drops of acetic acid.

Soup is ready. Serve it hot with black pepper powder.
